- We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- The refund will include the product price and the cost of standard delivery (if applicable). However, if you chose a delivery method more expensive than the standard option, we will only refund the standard delivery cost.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or sent in error.
